We were approached to illustrate the existing back list and ongoing front list for this wildly popular series of murder mysteries. They’re set in a quaint Cotswold village and feature a metropolitan heroine who is both out of step with her bucolic surroundings and perpetually stumbling upon murderous situations. We created a visual template that sneaks insidious vehicles for murder among the cute country scenes in a way that makes the series feel fresh and contemporary.
